Forensic Accounting and Financial Investigation
The field of forensic accounting is highly specialized and combines accounting knowledge with investigative skills. Forensic accounting work is done by accountants in anticipation of litigation and can include fraud, valuation, bankruptcy and a host of other professional services. A forensic accountant is usually employed by a corporation, an individual, or through their attorney to investigate matters involving complex accounting, financial issues and fraud investigations, and may be called upon to present and defend case findings in court as an expert witness.

Seminars and Training
Seminars and training are provided in the following areas: business ethics, financial statement fraud, fraud awareness training, internal controls, identifying the red flags of corporate fraud, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Additionally, corporate fraud deterrence programs are available for protecting financial interests and assets.

Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance
Assistance is provided to achieve compliance with section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Services include assessment of risk, design and implementation of solutions, and staff training.
